Is FaiServe really free for 30 days?
Yes. Full access. No credit card. We help you set it up, you run real jobs, and at day 30 you decide.
What does it cost after the trial?
Plans start at RM 199/mo (Starter, up to 5 techs). Growth is RM 449/mo (up to 15) and Business RM 899/mo (up to 40). Invoicing, inventory and CRM are optional add-ons. Cancel anytime — your data exports cleanly.
Do my customers need to install anything?
Never. They get a WhatsApp link that opens in any phone browser. Same experience as a Grab tracking page.
What if my tech loses signal on the road?
Photos and signatures are captured locally and sync automatically when the connection comes back.
Can it talk to my existing CRM or accounting?
FaiServe is field-service first. Invoicing, CRM, inventory and purchasing are optional add-ons we switch on for you when you need them, billed monthly on top. Everything is also exposed through a clean JSON REST API, so it can connect to the billing or CRM system you already run.
